Customer Service
Price and customer service are our motivating factors at ECI Contacts. We strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied with our products and service. If you ever feel that we have not served you properly please contact us immediately so we can keep you as a customer. If you are happy with us, please tell your friends about us.

Privacy Policy
We will not disclose, rent or sell your email address or other contact information to any other company. We collect your personal information in order to be able to process your order and to offer you special deals when it is time to refill your order.

We do not collect your credit or debit card information either. That information is solely for processing your order, we never see it and do not maintain it. All credit and debit card information passes directly to the merchant bank in order to process payment of your order through a secured SSL technology.

Security Policy
We take the security of your information very seriously. Our e-commerce system uses the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology - the industry standard for encryption technology. It is used to create a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet. This ensures that your credit card information remains totally secure.
Return Policy
Our guarantee to you:

  • Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any unopened merchandise that is in its original condition purchased from ECIcontacts.com for a full credit, no questions asked. We do NOT accept returns of opened items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. All returns will be subject to a $6.95 handling charge.

     

  • When Returning Items: Please pack your unopened product along with a copy of your invoice and a written note explaining whether or not you want an exchange or refund. If you want an exchange, please be sure to list all the parameters for your prescription. Of course you can always contact us by email or telephone and speak to us directly. 

    Try to secure your merchandise in the original packaging, or any sturdy box. Please DO NOT return contact lens boxes in an envelope.

    Terms and Conditions:
    Our terms and conditions are simple:
    1. All customers who order replacement contact lenses must have a valid, unexpired prescription.
    2. Your order must be for the same contact lenses that you are already successfully wearing. We accept no responsibility for our customers' lack of suitability to wear contact lenses.
    3. We rely on you to input your latest prescription through the online form, or verbally over the phone.
    4. By entering your prescription information, you authorize us to verify it with your eyecare provider.
    5. All items are shipped through a third party, usually the post office, but we sometimes use other shipping companies. While we strive to provide the highest level of customer service, our responsibility with respect to shipping will primarily rest with our ability to work with the shipper to find and trace packages. Under some cicumstances, we will replace packages, however, our customers warrant that eventual receipts of packages will be returned to us promptly.
    6. We reserve the right not to supply contact lenses if we feel that the selected lenses are not in accordance with the specifications provided by your eyecare provider, or may put you at some risk.
    7. By completing the online order form you agree to accept shipment for the selected product, and agree to pay by the method indicated on your order form.
    8. By completing the online order form you agree and accept that you are the person responsible for the credit card and accept responsibility for all charges made on our site by your card.
    9. Shipping times are estimated and we have no control over the shipper. We currently use the U.S. Post office for shipping with First Class mail for 4 - 10 Day shipping, USPS Priority Mail for 2 - 4 Day shipping and USPS Express Mail for 1 - 2 Day shipping. We may change our shipper from time to time. Shipping times do not include weekends or delays in processing prescriptions.

    Focus and Freshlook Mail-In Rebate Certificate

    The Focus and Freshlook mail-in rebate certificate is offered directly by Ciba Vision, the manufacturer. When offered, this certificate is good for the specified amount and a specified quantity purchase. The full amount of the order will be charged to the purchaser and the mail-in certificate will be provided with the order to the customer.

    Terms and Conditions For Mail-in Rebates

    1. Get an eye exam.   2. Purchase the required quantity from ECI Contacts.com.   3. Complete the mail-in certificate (which will be supplied from ECIContacts.com when you receive your order).   4. Attach the original receipt (invoice) from ECIContacts.com along with the eye exam receipt.  5. Mail in the package UPC codes from the products, the original sales receipt from ECIContacts.com and your eye exam receipt to the address on the mail-in certificate.

    ECIContacts.com does not provide any cash back for the mail-in certificates, they are to be redeemed directly from the manufacturer. Eye exam must be within 90 days of purchase.
